Selecting a laptop the Dell contacts (in whatever country they were based - always seemed to be a delay on the line) were helpfulness personified. Order placed and the outstanding questions were ignored despite repeated attempts to get answers. Message - they care until they get the money and then head for the hills!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
